We endeavor to ship all pieces within 4-14 days.. As each piece is individually handmade to order, there may be high volume instances when delivery takes more time.

We ship all our packages through Fed Ex

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

CUSTOM ORDER

If there is a design you see and would like to order it in a different combination than what you see available, Bowen is happy to try and accommodate your request.

Returns

Bowen only accepts returns of unworn pieces in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase. Bowen will happily issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

All returns must be issued a return authorization number (RA#) from our corporation prior to returning for a refund. Please email info to obtain this number, and mark it clearly on your return package.

Bowen will not sign for or accept any packages without an RA# and is not responsible for any further shipping costs this may incur. Bowen highly recommends you certify and insure your shipments as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

At this time, Bowen does not allow exchanges. We recommend a return of an unwanted item, and then placing a new order. We do not issue store credits.

Repairs

Bowen jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for lost jewelry. To request a repair, kindly email. Once a repair is authorized, further instructions and a confirmation number will be emailed to you. Repair times may vary and are handled on a case by case basis. Bowen highly recommends you certify and insure your repair shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Our thread, by nature, is delicate. With time and wear it may fray, fade, and/or break. Should you wish to have your item restrung by Bowen we are happy to do so for a small fee + shipping. OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock and you have requested to be on the waiting list, we will contact you by email as soon as the inventory is replenished. We make every attempt to have our items available within one week.
